Tynesha O'Quinn, Founder & Chief HR Concierge

FINE HR Consulting was born from a vision to transform how businesses approach human resources. Our founder, Tynesha O’Quinn, began her career in the food service industry, where she cultivated a deep appreciation for delivering first-class customer experiences. While her initial dream was to own a fine dining restaurant, Tynesha’s passion shifted toward helping businesses build strong, people-centered HR strategies.

With over 16 years of experience in HR, Tynesha took the bold step of launching FINE HR Consulting in 2020. Inspired by her desire to provide white glove service, she combined her expertise and approach to create a consultancy that prioritizes client success.

Her goal is simple: to help businesses navigate their HR challenges with tailored, forward-thinking solutions that drive growth and efficiency.

She isn’t the typical HR consultant; she is a dedicated partner in navigating the complexities of human resources. With credentials like an MBA in HR Management, SHRM-CP, sHRBP, and EEO Workplace Investigator certifications, she brings a wealth of knowledge and hands-on experience to every client engagement.

Anais Roller, HR Visibility Ambassador

Anais is the newest member of our FINE HR Consulting team. Anais’ love for communication first sparked at a young age while living in her home state of New York. This is what led her to major in Mass Communication at her alma mater, East Carolina University. From there she navigated through her field, building her expertise and adding to her multifaceted background. She’s taken all the skills she’s obtained to increase innovation and creativity while generating results and tracking performances for future best practices in her scope of work.

As FINE HR’s Visibility Ambassador, she manages the marketing, social media engagement, and brand communication. She is responsible for creating awareness about our services and promoting our HR solutions. She is passionate about supporting our business and will use her creative and authentic skills to leverage FINE HR’s social media and digital platforms to build a strong brand presence.

In her free time, Anais loves yoga, spending quality time with family and friends and trying out the newest restaurants in the Raleigh-Durham area.
